Dr. Tanya Dejkunchorn is RYT 200Hr certified. Yoga is an important tool that can be used in the treatment of many musculoskeletal disorders. It has been shown to increase range of motion, decrease pain, improve balance, and reduce stress. Dr. Tanya provides private and group sessions; she will design a specific plan for your condition.
